1. Scope of This Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made on seodio.com, including bridal dresses and wedding gowns. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.

Due to the special nature of bridal garments, returns are subject to specific conditions to ensure quality, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.

2. Return Eligibility Period

Seodio offers a return window of 30 days starting from the date your order is delivered.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Once an order has entered processing or production, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

3. Conditions for Accepted Returns

To qualify for a return, bridal dresses must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused, unworn, and unaltered
• In original condition as received
• Returned with all original packaging, tags, and protective materials

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, makeup stains, odors, or missing packaging may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified defects or errors:

• Customized or made-to-order bridal dresses
• Personalized or altered gowns
• Clearance items, promotional items, or products marked as “Final Sale”

Because bridal gowns often involve special handling and preparation, these items cannot be resold once customized or altered.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your bridal dress arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@seodio.com within 48–72 hours of delivery.

Clear photos or videos showing the issue may be required for verification. Once confirmed, Seodio will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. In such cases, we will cover the cost of reshipping or replacement.

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@seodio.com before sending any item back. Your request should include:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return

Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected and returned to the sender.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Original shipping fees, handling charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable. Seodio is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

8. Inspection & Approval Process

All authorized returns are inspected upon receipt. This inspection process may take several business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy. If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, Seodio reserves the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund. In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers wishing to exchange a bridal dress for a different size or style must contact support@seodio.com for guidance before returning the item. Additional shipping fees may apply.

10. Abuse, Fraud, or Policy Violations

Seodio reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, excessive return behavior, or violations of this policy or our Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Refunds

All refunds are issued in accordance with this Return Policy and our Refund Policy. Refund timelines, methods, and limitations are governed by those policies.
