- Purpose and Scope
This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains when and how customers may request order cancellations or modifications after placing an order on seodio.com.
Due to the preparation and handling requirements of wedding dresses and bridal apparel, changes are only permitted within a limited time before processing begins.
This policy applies to all bridal gowns and related products sold on seodio.com.
- Cancellation and Modification Timeframe
After an order is placed, it enters our system promptly for verification and preparation.
Customers may request a cancellation or change within 4 hours of completing their purchase.
Requests submitted after this time window cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
- Changes Allowed Within the Time Window
If your request is submitted within the allowed timeframe, you may request:
- Cancellation of the entire order
- Changes to size, color, or style (subject to availability)
- Quantity adjustments
- Corrections to the shipping address
All requests are reviewed individually and must be approved before processing begins.
- How to Request a Cancellation or Change
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible by email:

Please include your order number and a clear description of the requested change. Requests without sufficient information may not be processed in time.
- Requests After the Time Window
Once the 4-hour window has passed, orders may move into processing or fulfillment. At this stage:
- Orders cannot be canceled
- Product details and quantities cannot be changed
- Shipping addresses cannot be modified
In exceptional cases, we may review requests at our discretion, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun. Customers may refer to our Return and Refund policies after delivery, if eligible.
- Customer Responsibility for Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate at checkout, including:
- Recipient name
- Street address and unit number (if applicable)
- City, state, and postal code
Seodio is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Address-Related Delivery Issues
If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details:
- Seodio is not responsible for delivery failures caused by address errors
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
- Refunds are not guaranteed in these situations
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to discuss available options.
- Why Changes Are Not Allowed After Processing
Once processing begins, orders are integrated into inventory allocation, preparation, packaging, and shipping systems.
Allowing changes at this stage increases the risk of errors and delivery delays. For this reason, Seodio does not permit modifications after processing has started.
