Overview

This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains when and how customers may request order cancellations or modifications after placing an order on seodio.com. It is designed to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency in order processing and fulfillment.

Due to the nature of our products, including bridal gowns and related apparel, orders move quickly into processing. As a result, cancellation and modification requests are strictly limited to the period before processing begins.

This policy applies to all products sold on seodio.com and should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.


Order Processing Timeline

All orders follow a standardized processing schedule:

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order enters processing, it is immediately prepared for shipment and cannot be modified or canceled.


Cancellation and Modification Eligibility

Customers may request a cancellation or modification only before the order enters processing.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order

  • The request must be received before 7:00 PM (GMT -05:00 EST) on the same day of purchase

After this point, the order may enter processing and will no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.


Changes Allowed Before Processing

If your request is received within the eligible timeframe, you may request:

  • Full order cancellation

  • Changes to product size, color, or style (subject to availability)

  • Quantity adjustments

  • Corrections to shipping address or contact details

All requests are subject to review and confirmation. Changes are not finalized until you receive confirmation from our support team.


Non-Eligible Requests

Once an order has entered processing:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Products cannot be modified

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, it is no longer eligible for any changes or cancellation.

No exceptions can be made after processing has begun.


How to Request a Cancellation or Change

  • A clear description of the requested change

Incomplete requests or delayed submissions may not be processed before the order enters fulfillment.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate at the time of purchase, including:

  • Full recipient name

  • Complete and correct shipping address

  • Contact information

Seodio is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Address and Delivery Issues

If a package is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details:

  • Seodio is not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer error

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to arrange redelivery where possible.


Shipping Fees and Refund Impact

Shipping fees are charged at a flat rate of $6.99 per order.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped

  • Shipping fees may only be refunded if the issue is caused by Seodio
