- Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on seodio.com and works in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy. Refunds are issued only for returns that have been approved and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these policies.
Due to the delicate and specialized nature of bridal dresses, refunds are subject to specific conditions to ensure fairness, quality control, and hygiene standards.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for bridal dresses that have been returned in accordance with our Return Policy and approved by Seodio.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- In original condition as received
- Returned with all original tags, packaging, and protective materials
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund or may qualify only for a partial refund at our discretion.
- Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized bridal dresses
- Altered gowns
- Clearance items, promotional items, or products marked as “Final Sale”
Any issues with these items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and verified by our support team to qualify for an exception.
- Refund Authorization Requirement
Refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior approval. Customers must contact support@seodio.com to request return and refund authorization before shipping any item back.
Unauthorized return shipments may be rejected and returned to the sender.
- Inspection and Refund Approval
All authorized returns are inspected upon receipt to verify compliance with refund eligibility requirements. This inspection process may take several business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If the return does not meet eligibility standards, Seodio reserves the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
- Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution and are outside of our control.
- Refund Amount and Fees
Refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping fees, handling charges, taxes, and other non-product-related fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by Seodio, shipping fees may be refunded or waived at our discretion.
- Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the refund is approved due to an error on our part.
Seodio is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until the refund process is complete.
- Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if returned items show signs of wear, damage, missing components, stains, or packaging conditions that reduce resale value. Any partial refund amount will be determined after inspection and communicated to the customer.
- Delivered but Missing Packages
Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location and contact the shipping carrier directly if delivery issues occur.
- Fraud, Abuse, or Policy Violations
Seodio reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, excessive or abusive refund behavior, or violations of our store policies or Terms & Conditions.
- Order Modification and Cancellation
Once an order has entered the processing or production stage, it cannot be modified or canceled.
