2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to operational factors, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified by email.

Once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Shipping Destinations

Seodio currently ships to:

• Canada
• United Kingdom

Available shipping destinations may change without prior notice and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Delivery time estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date, and are provided for reference only.

• Standard Shipping: approximately 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: approximately 2–5 business days (if available at checkout)

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Fees

Seodio reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment, depending on the carrier.

7. Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Seodio is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to address errors, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, customers should first contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Seodio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we may assist with submitting a carrier claim when applicable.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) may be required for verification.

Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which may include a replacement or refund.

10. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to inventory availability or fulfillment logistics. In such cases, multiple tracking numbers may be provided, and delivery times may vary between items.

11. Right to Delay or Cancel Shipments

Seodio reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel shipments in cases of suspected fraud, payment verification issues, or violations of store policies. Customers will be notified if additional information is required.
